Project: Bedroom & Dining Room Re-org

Although we have been in the condo for over a year, I am still slowly putting the place together.  Since my tastes are always so 

eclectic, it makes it difficult to commit to a decor.  You can often find me redecorating my living quarters every season.

Recently, I have put together the corner area in my dining room that will eventually become a full bar area when completed.  Because we live in a small space, I wanted to make the corner functional for everyday life, but also remind me of the movies with fancy wet bars.  I will fill it with great wines and liquor, purchase my crystal decanters and feel oh, so posh. =]

I also put my bed on a bedframe... FINALLY!  This is one step closer to making the headboard I want from scratch.  I hung some of my favorite pieces of Brooklynn's old artwork from 2003 on the walls, which will eventually need newly painted frames. Ultimately, I want this room to be relaxing, fresh and clean.  Taking from the Zen teachings, I want my bedroom to be a place of rejuvenation. Gawd knows I need it sometimes.

I will definitely be posting pictures of the finished bar area and completed bed.  Whenever that is!
